Experienced Receptionists
Job Description Kelly Services in Hattiesburg is currently seeking experienced receptionists for temporary and temp-to-hire openings.
We are looking for dependable and professional employees that are comfortable working with people face-to-face as well as over the phone.
Dynamic personality is a MUST! Job duties will include answering phones, directing calls, greeting clients, office/clerical work, administrative assistance, and other duties as required.
Pay rate will be $9.
00 per hour.
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Requirements Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1 year on-the-job experience in a receptionist or clerical position.
Intermediate / Advanced computer skills are required (include MS Office, Word, and Excel).
Knowledge and ability to professionally maintain a multi-line phone system is REQUIRED.
